The curriculum at Adventure Days meets California State Standards for early education. Teachers design lesson plans around five domains including physical development, social, emotional and cognitive skills. As a Christian preschool a fifth domain is included, spiritual enrichment. All areas of learning are presented from a biblical world view, with specific goals and benchmarks.
In addition to preschool programs for two year olds thru Pre-K, we also offer the following programs:
- INFANT CARE 3 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS
- BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM: This program is designed to accommodate school age children. They are transported to and from school each day in our Adventure Days bus. The afternoon is designed to be fun and relaxing. An opportunity to complete homework assignments is provided. Lunch is included in the program for kindergarten through fifth grades on a half-day schedule.
- INTERSESSION AND SUMMER ENRICHMENT: During school breaks, Adventure Days plans a full day for your child. The curriculum is built around weekly themes including worship, cooking projects, field trips, art and academics, which give your child a variety of educational experiences.
